Product Manager

Product managers are responsible for leading product teams through an iterative process of identifying opportunities, empathizing with customer pains, prototyping and testing ideas, delivering winning solutions, and validating success. Product managers are critical to the success of a product organization as they carry a unique responsibility to deeply understand customers, business constraints, design principles, engineering practices, and how to coordinate all these functions to not only deliver it right, but to deliver the right it.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop thorough understanding of the organization and the project's relation to the entities goals and objectives.
- Identify resources needed (capital, personnel, technology, and training) to carry out project.
- Ensure adequate standards and controls are in place.
- Discover and solve problems, review goals, and make changes.
- Manage project finances.
- Measure results and provide accountability. Member Responsibilities: The following responsibilities apply to any employee who is also a member of the religious organization:
- Partnership Development: Build and retain a team of prayer and financial partners that will sustain them during their entire Wycliffe ministry according to the Wycliffe Partnership Development policy.
- Organizational Representative -- Present the global ministry of Wycliffe and encourage interested individuals and churches to participate in this work. Maintain an exemplary standard of ethics and conduct that reflects biblical principles.
Requirements

- Physical Abilities: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk and/or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
